Topic: Unable to Issue an invoice for delivery note

Hi,

I am facing issue with creating invoice from delivery. For better understanding, I am sharing in more details below.

I have created "Direct delivery" for some items. Now I want to create invoice against that delivery. To do that, I am going to "Invoice against sales delivery" and have found the delivery. I click on the invoice icon to create the invoice. New page opens and everything is perfect. Unfortunately, when I click "Process invoice" button, it is showing an error message "Selected quantity cannot be less than quantity credited nor more than quantity not invoiced yet."

I am facing this issue for a specific customer. I have followed the same process for another customer and invoice was successfully created.

Please help me experts on this regard.

Looks the quantity already invoiced a part anf which is giving trouble for you.

Check the direct delivery quantity and invoiced in it.  May be something wrong with that
