There is no download. You could either copy the content from the wiki after installing pmwiki locally or you will have to create the content yourself.

I too was checking on this to provide basic workflow functionality within FA. Especially PO approvals. Can someone please make a tutorial or at least a sample implementation of a basic PO approval which then could be modified ?

Processmaker(PM) has a sample PO approval workflow template already, we just need the details on how to trigger the DB update to FA.

I have installed both FA and PM to plat around and for what I can tell if you are looking to integrate some workflow to some of the critical parts of FA, the PM is a fantastic tool to achieve this and is capable of really complex routing (limited by your imagination). The best part is that its PHP/MySql based so blends-in with FA very nicely.

Is there date/time and user id stored for each entries in master data and transaction tables ?  This would help in having a trail, especially in situations where prices and/or quantities get overridden (where allowed).

Could the last updated date/time and user id, be optionally printed on the screens while displaying existing data like order, invoice, item etc. ?

Thanks

I am not sure this is possible in FA. The best practice with any installation is to backup a clean copy once the setup is all done. You of course can do this at the DB level, but please make sure you understand the ERD of FA tables.
