Hi,

I'm using version 2.3RC3 (but in the version 2.2... the same behaviour of the system)
When I enter a supplier invoice and I choose a purchase order with several items on it, all items will be booked in the GL on the same GL-account after proceeding the supplier invoice.
Each item is recorded in the system with the correct GL account (items and inventory).
The purchase orders are issued for several items and the recorded GL accounts for the several items are different.
If you enter now the supplier invoice, and choose one or more purchase orders, everything will be booked to the same GL account (first item).

The other problem is, if you enter the second supplier invoice, automatically the GL accounts from the last entry are shown and taken for the booking, there are not shown the accounts which are recorded at the items.

If I have entered to each item the right GL accounts, I'm expecting, that the system will take the GL accounts from there.
If it will not take the accounts from there, I have to re-enter each line again with the booking of the invoice

Or I'm doing something wrong with summary invoices end month, if I have one invoice with different items of different purchase orders?

1020 - Bank (1,1001,0)
         100201 Account bank No1

What I have to do, that the sorting will come as I need?
I have sometimes 3 Sublevels - and under the 3rd are the accounts ...

Did I need more "GL Classes", but I understand for Class what I mentioned above, Current Assets for example for me a group.

The report P/L are OK
Balance Sheet the 4 groups are OK
Till now I don't have amounts, will see later if the groups are ok.

How is it possible to set up the chart accounts in two languages.
Our region is bilingual and I must find a solution to set-up the chart of accounts in two languages (class, groups, accounts).
Is there a possibility to add a second line to the "name", and then linked to the language the user will have?

In this way I solved the invoicing, but I have a problem to print a list with the info "member since" and "paid till", because this informations are only related to the member (customer) and not related to the financial year.

What I need, to be able to print a member-list with all related infos. How is it possible to get two fields at the customer info which are formated with the date-format, where I can put in "member since" and "paid till".
At the moment I put in the infos in the field "General Notes", but it's not really workable if you print, you have to do everything manually, I must be able to have a list which I can sort.

I tried via customer details listing, but here I cann't say "no filter" at the sales areas, we are an NPO-ass. with members in several countries.

I know, I can take a member-admin program, but all related infos I also need for the book-keeping, therefore I will try to bring in one system, to keep the work as less as possible, but up-to-date as possible.

Is there maybe a modul which could handle this, I haven't found something.
What does it need, to make two more info-fields at the customer, I'm not Tech-guy, I don't know.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it will only consider the exchange variance, if I will reconcile the open items which belongs to the open balance. If I only book the 0.01 forth and back it will not update the whole balance with the exchange rate per end-year or end-month.
I will try again in a test-company. Till now I only get the right amount, when I cancell the old items and book them new.

I made new setup for small associations, and I will enter history data.

Did maybe somebody know where I could find a history of the exchange rates as csv file (since 2003).
I looked at several sites, but I found only the last 6 month, and I will not search and enter each date I need manually.
I need USD, EUR, CHF - domestic currency AUD, CHF and EUR

At the moment I don't find I possibility to rate the foreign currency balance with the exchange rate as at year-end.
In our country we have to rate this balances with the rate which is published by the tax authority.
How I can book a transaction only in a domestic currency on a foreign currency account.

For ex. 100 USD current CHF 103; end-year should be CHF 110

If you have do to manually you can book such transactions via GL,
account foreign currency - amount null - and in domestic currency the amount which will be the exchange variance.
In other programms where you can do it automatically, you have to put in the exchange rate and you start afterwards a run "rate foreign currency as at xxx".

Problem is, that the book must show this balance, it's not only for the tax-report, and if you don't have in the books, you have the wrong opening-balance.
This problem didn't have only big companies, here also small companies will have foreign currencies.

How I can solve this in FA?

How I can set-up best way the membership administration and information?

The membership-fees are not always paid in the period where they should be paid.
Some members will pay in the next fiscal year the membership-fees from last year, and sometimes they will pay for the next three years.

Now I'm searching for a solution to print the members-list,
to see on the list for which years a member had paid the fees
or for which period the fees still open.

What I also need, to add at the customer the info since when he is a member and which kind of member, and this info will be included in the members-list.
How is it possible to make two additional fields at the customer, for member since, kind of member?
How is it possible to add at the booking for the payment paid till?

There are also member, they haven't to pay a fee, but they must be included in member-list.
