For pdf & excel, we can use work order no. as a sorting reference. In excel, one can then manually filter or sort as per one's needs.

Is there any way that I can print work orders list with pending and manufactured quantities in pdf or excel just like sales order status. Right now, I am only able to view it on screen and can only print individual work orders.

Ok, I replaced pdf_report.inc with default file and the issue seems to have resolved. It seems that something got changed in the concerned file which resulted in this problem.

Have tried it. Same result. Font gets reduced gradually each page. Gets reduced to dots after a few pages and then gets inverted. Then the size of inverted font increases gradually.

When I am printing a long report in pdf, the font size decreases gradually and gets inverted after a few pages. By inverted, I mean it gets upside down. No such problem in excel.

Hi, I have a scenario. We have an item (printed label), on which sales tax is applied. I have got a stock order from a retail house for this label. That is, I have to stock this item at my factory. I have made a work order against the item code with 2%
sales tax. I will get orders from various factories for the retail house and I will have to supply from this stock. In case, a form is provided by a factory, 2% tax is applied on this item. Otherwise, 5.25% tax is applied on the same item if the form is not provided. How should I proceed as I would get both kind of orders and I don't know, in advance, the proportion for each type? In FA, an item code is dedicated to only one type of tax.

Is there a way that the pdf being saved are named same as transaction reference no. At present, when I save a pdf for a sales quotation, the auto generated file name is a weird sequence of alphabets and numerals. Thus the file has to be renamed before saving to hard disk or sending to the customer. I want to send the pdf through outlook.

Hi, how can I send email notifications to multiple email ids. For example, If I need to send a delivery note, I want to send it to multiple email ids with cc to my company id.

Is there a way to have separate delivery dates for individual items in a sales order? Or to define delivery dates for partial quantities.

Hi, has anybody found the cause of this problem? I am experiencing the same problem while entering new items. Just after the new item is inserted, the menu stops responding to mouse clicks.

Thanks for replying. My item code is with retail price. So it cannot be inclusive of tax. Please advise.

My item price is Rs. 0.70/-. For 1000 pcs, the total amount should be Rs. 700+ tax. But the total amount is showing only Rs. 700. Tax is showing, but in wrong column, so it is not being added in the total amount.

Hi, I have installed FA to see if we can use this for our small company. There is an issue in the sale quotation/order/invoice, where the calculated tax appears in the column on the left side of the correct one and hence is not included in the Total amount.  Please help with this. I have a snap shot of the problem but I don't know how to post this on this forum.
