When I try and add a new item or edit an existing item all I get is a red triangle at the top of the form.  In the error log I get the following entries:

[02-Apr-2014 20:48:16 America/New_York] 1:crspencer:items.php:78: in_array() expects at least 2 parameters, 1 given
[02-Apr-2014 20:48:16 America/New_York] 1:crspencer:items.php:78: strtoupper() expects exactly 1 parameter, 2 given


Any help would be much appreciated!!

When I go to update an item to add its picture, I browse to the file I want and click update item.  It doesn't upload the picture and it clears out the path field.

Is there a fix for this?  I know it has worked in the past.

When I try to make changes to the Sales Department profile, I get this error:

DATABASE ERROR : could not update printing profile
error code : 1366
error message : Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'printer' at row 1
sql that failed was : REPLACE INTO 9_print_profiles (profile, report, printer) VALUES ('Sales Department','','')

I think I have the php.ini file fixed I have it set to use smtp, other php programs can successfully send email, but I am still getting this error in yellow:

PURCHASE ORDER 6. Sending document by email failed. Email: crsalessmbpartner1b@techdata.com

Is there a way I can tell why it failed?

Also, I am running FA on Windows Server 2008 R2.
