It is possible to migrate from WebERP to FA and vice versa but you will need the schema diff both ways from the specific versions of both applications that need to be mapped. Also there is the case of missing fields and / or tables - look up the defaults and alter if not the desired value. Contact any of the Support entities on the FrontAccounting Sites if you need assistance.

may I please ask you, why are you interested in switching from webERP to FA? I am currently researching several Accounting/ ERP systems, and I´d appreciate you could share your thoughts why you would prefer FA over webERP.

I have previously mapped it in the other direction and I am pretty sure you can map weberp to front accounting

No, the database structure is different. You will have to change when there is a fiscal year end.
