Hi @rafat
I have just tested the (?) can be translated ok
Maybe your server apache or nginx needs to be restarted ?
It's much more fun, when you can discuss your problems with others...

Hi @rafat

Hi @notrinos
what is (?) ? I can only translate it as is... which is the case.
It is a small suggestion on how to enter amount for Pay Elements
Hover the cursor on it to get the suggestion
I guess 'help' (مساعدة) may be good ?
@notrinos
Good suggestion .. then even in English it should say (Assistance) or (Help) instead of a question mark. Also I dont See anywhere in the Pay Elements that there is a field that could be negative... as suggested by the help hover... is it somewhere else other than Add/Edit Employee?
Yes @rafat
Pay Element amount can be defined in Salary Structure also.
If Use Personal Salary Structure in employee screen is switched to Yes then personal salary structure will overwrite the global Salary Structure.
Because employee entry screen already has much information so to keep this screen clear, I kept Pay Elements in one field so that we have enter negative amount for deduction and positive for earning
@notrinos
I think this is the last thing as all seems well. Can you please take a look at it.
@notrinos
I only needed to _('Regular time') instead of 'Regular time' because other changes messed the translation..dont know why.
$cols = array(_('Id')=>array('align'=>'center'), _('Employee Name'));
Resolved the Employee Name and ID
@notrinos
One last thing I would like to have is reporting. There are two reports within FrontHrm (rep889.php - Payslip) and (rep_employees.php - Employees List).
The Employee List is perfect in Arabic while rep889 is not.. Arabic is printed as ??????????
Any Ideas how to get around rep889?
I will fix this later in the next release.
Will rewrite the rep889.php so that it can have better compatibility with FA core.
Thank you @rafat
Hi @notrinos
I have noticed that the systems accepts an employee if the Hire Date is Before the Birth Date. Is this OK?
It is definitely not possible in reality
Fixed here
Thank you @rafat
@notrinos
When one adds a new employee and chooses an image file and fills all the relevant fields and clicks Add new Employee Details , the system comes with A new employee has been Added but the image file is not added. The only way is to update the employee by choosing the image one more time. Am I missing something?
Also is there a possibility to add Nationality field? It makes sense here because of the many different nationality in certain companies. I could use the National ID but the ID is also needed.
Thanks
@notrinos
I installed the latest version of front accounting 2.4.7 and installed the HRM module. After installation I made all the changes as mentioned in the forum. While doing this when i tried to go to add employees tab. I can fill in all the information mentioned there but there is no add employee or save button. Instead there is 2 back buttons. how can i resolve this ?
In addition to this I would also like to ask if it is possible to get the version shown in the demo.
Hi @rafat
All the problems such as adding image for new staff, payslip utf-8 languages, payslip right to left languages...
have been solved.
I have no doubt that you will give a complete translation now.
Thank you in advance
Thanks @notrinos
Give me some time and I will come back to you.
hi , this module is very nice , but i wanted to know if anyone has implemented leave totals. meaning every worker has different leave options. like 30 leaves per calendar year and also some leave as gift from company and leave without pay. also some leaves when not used can be taken to next calendar year etc.
Hi @notrinos
I am getting:
admin:employee.php:64: Unhandled exception [0]: Call to undefined function next_employee_number()
after applying the latest code and trying to add a new employee. Do I need to apply any db changes for that?
Hi, nothing in the database need to be changed
But I guess you may have missed somthing in the new source code ?
Hi, Not sure.
I actually replaced the whole code with the latest from your repo.
The function next_employee_number() is at the bottom of employee_db.inc
If it is not there that means your file employee_db.inc was not updated
Otherwise it may not be included
This error also come when Line endings are not correct. It should be LF with Linux . On PHP 7 if line endings are not correct then the said file will be ignored in inclusion.
No @boxygen
The same source code is running without the issue in my demo with php 7.1.22
@notrino..
Things are getting better.
Attached is my translation.
Just noticed that once you assign a pay element an account and a code, then you can not change them ..The message says The selected pay element has been updated..... but it is not reflected.
And here you will find the reports.
