Topic: Sales Person Commission Payment tracking and recording

How Can I track Sales Commission Payments ,
Let us say I have a sales person , and his commission was 200 , and I paid him 100 and still owe him another 100,
How Can I track that ?
How would that be visible in the GL accounts

Sales executive needs to be created as separate module to manage their payouts and balances and also enhanced version of handling the provision points. 

Even there is a flaw in salesman concept. Which is not fixed in the module. As of now the salesman works like  customer level. But we need to work on per transaction.

Where is this sales executive that needs to be installed ?
