Column choosers for CSV imports

It would probably be ideal to have the ability to upload CSV files for Bank Rec, Payments, Receipts, customers, etc.. to a column chooser where you would be able to select the columns in a CSV to add into the system.
Ideally any mandatory columns would not be able to contain NULLs and any non-manditory columns would be able to be bypassed.
