Mystery resolved.

In the case of printing blank report when selecting from multiple customers for Sales Quotes & Sales Order, try reversing the order of when selecting customers.

This works for me.

Hi raddison,

I am using your import transaction module with some limited success. Followed the instructions faithfully and all the bank statement for both customers' & suppliers' data checked ok during the trial run-check before importing.

For the customers/bank receipts, the data was imported correctly. For the suppliers/bank payments, the suppliers' name is missing. To complete the process, I have to adjust the bank payments manually to include the suppliers' names.

Any advice?

Has anybody encountered this issue of a blank report when printing from more than one customer?

Print SQ & SO from one customer is ok and when I select more than one customer, I get a blank report.

Is it possible to view the sales documents like sales orders, delivery notes, invoices where the item description is sorted in an alphabetical order instead of item code?

I managed to resolve the 500 error.

The permission on the two files dashboard_setup.php & reminder_setup.php was set incorrectly at 664. I corrected it by changing them to 644.

Hi Joe,

* Fixed sql mode setting for MySql databases greater than release 5.5.

My current database MySql is version 5.1 and I am asked to upgrade to 5.5. Would FA 2.3.21 work with Mysql 5.5 work without changing engine type?

I had a similiar encounter and my issue has to do with the default language on my FA setup. I discovered that there is an unknown English language installed as default in the setup/maintenance/install/update language.

I installed another English (NZ) language as my default. As I was unable to delete the unknown English language from the menu, I deleted the part of the script relating to this unknown English language in the /lang/installed_languages.inc file.

Logout and login again resolved my pdf printing issue.

I checked the following.

1. The 2 tables are added to the database.

2. I have installed the module and activated it for the company as the admin. I have installed the theme and activated it as well. I managed to get the dashboard icon in the top menu and the 2 dashboard/reminder setups on the left side. Done what you have listed out.

3. The widgets is live when I click on the top menu at various tabs - Sales, Purchases etc. The data from widget is working and functional and I can see changes whenever I change/update data. I have also managed to get the purchasesinvoice widget to appear and work by changing the values in the table.

4. What do not work are the 3 tabs, ie Dashboard on the top menu, Dashboard & Reminder Setup. It gives a 500 error.

I am puzzled. From the screenshots of these tabs, I know I am missing something. I know I can adjust the value in the tables to get the widgets to be functional and they are live and functional on my setup.

Any advice to resolve this?

I am experiencing a 500 Internal Server Error when I tried to click on the dashboard setup/reminder setup.

I also see a blank page when I click on the dashboard tab on the top menu. I think I have followed the installation instructions faithfully.

However I do see the widgets in action when I click on the Sales, Purchasing, Items and Inventory, Banking and General Ledger.

I am on the latest 2.3.19 version. Php gd2 is installed on my server. I tried clearing the js cache, same 500 error.

This is a wonderful add-on and I would like it to work. Please help.

I have another question to ask, how do I print the sales documents with the item description sorted in alphabetical order?

Hi,

I am seeing this error in my errors.log -- 01-Nov-2013 17:07:38] 4 Domain file "../lang/C/LC_MESSAGES/C.po" not found.

I am also experiencing a logging out back to the login page with my computer at home. I don't see this issue at the other computer in the office. Below is the faillog.php.

Any advice.
