Hi Joe,

Since "Bank Account Inquiry" includes transactions posted using Journal Entry, it should reflect the voiding of a corresponding journal entry too.

Henry

When a journal entry involving a bank account is voided, the old amount still shows up in "Bank Account Inquiry", while "GL Account Inquiry" shows that it is being voided.

After entering a payment item and hit "Add item" button, the name of supplier will switch back to begining of list. If this error is not corrected, hitting the "Process payment" button will result in wrong supplier posting.

1) Observation 1:
When a report is generated, it will be shown in separate browser. If this browser is not closed, subsequent reports will have error.

For example, generate a Balance sheet report, without closing the browser, generate a Profit & loss statement. The amounts shown under Period and Accumulated columns are almost the same. Graphics option will not work either.

2) Observation 2:
The program does not check for invalid date entry. Enter "1/01/07" instead of "01/01/07" will result in erroneous amounts in the report. Try it on Profit & loss statement.

Something is still not right.

For online inquiry of Trial Balance, just enter different date ranges (say 11/05/07 - 12/05/07) and (01/01/07 - 12/05/07), you can observe that data from acct code 3010 onwards does not tally in both date ranges.

Hi,

I was playing with Training Co.'s demo data. I found some discrepancy between online Inquiry of Trial Balance  and its pdf report (via General Ledger Reports).

Specifically, amounts in account "Sales", "Packaging", "Commissions",  "Repair & Maintenance Office", "General Expenses", etc, are different.

Thanks,
Henry
