No. Even if I hit "Show Inactive" the names do not appear. They only show up when I run a report of Detailed Supplier Listings.

In fact, the suppliers do not appear on any drop down boxes, so we cannot even edit them.

We have entered a number of suppliers in our system and this is confirmed by seeing them on the Supplier Detailed Listing. However, their names do not appear in the combo box when we try to enter a P.O., or Direct Invoice. How do we correct this?

What do you mean by "Look into the wiki"? Is wiki wikipedia? Or how do I get to look into the wiki?

You mean pose the question in wiki?

I add the suppliers and the system tells me that the new supplier has been added. However, when I get back to add another supplier, the supplier info of the one I just added does not appear. Is the supplier I added in my system?

How do I get "en_US-new.sql" file from here and how do I copy it to the /company/0/backup folder?

Joe:

How do I even get to my /sql folder? Is there a manual for FA so that I can learn how to use the software?

Joe:

Alternatively, can you log into my account and do this "restore"?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Joe:

The only options for the right panel are:

View Backup
Download Backup
Restore Backup
Delete Backup
Upload File
Choose File

When I hit the "Choose File" option, it opens up the files that are on my computer. How do I select a file that is in the /sql folder.

Is it possible for you to retrieve the "en_US-new.sql" and send it to me in an attachment?

Joe:

Please pardon my ignorance as this is the first time I am using FA. I am still encountering difficulties following your instructions.

This is what I have been doing:

I log on to my account at FA. Hit the "Setup" tab and then hit the "Backup and Restore" in the Maintenance section. The page that opens up has "Create Backup" and "Backup script maintenance" Two files are listed in the second section. The en_US-new.sql is not listed. What do I do from here?

Joe:

Where can I find en_US-new.sql and how do I upload it?

Thanks.

Just installed the FA module. Noticed that there are already existing data entries in the system prior to 2014. How do we clear these entries?
