found a sollution after a power failure 
restarting apache server gives an immediate language refresh result.

Hi,
i've start translating "FrontAccounting 2.0 Beta" and i've seen that after updating the new translated files nothing happens for a long time.
looks like there's a cache...
what can i do to see new translated words/phrases as soon as i upload newer .mo and .po?
