@kharding I've actually finished a class set for generating EFT bank files (just generated files for a client as a test case) to do payroll auto bank submissions in Canada that I intend to integrate with the Payroll/HR module that I will be developing. Also I may have a summer intern that can help with some of the grunt work. I will need whatever info people can give me in regards to required Fields for HR and Payroll that I may not have.

@everyone: if you have specific fields/data types to be stored or have lists of standards for your respective country, pleasel et me know. I Will try to create a generic template and put that data in. Anyone who is an HR Expert (I already found one who wasn't an expert as it turned out), would love your input. Thanks!

@kharding Cool. As for the file formats, I'm writing a file generator in PHP (and either python or Java) for a client who needs a simple way to generate files for Direct Deposit without getting locked into any weird app, so figured it may as well be a part of the project. Was already given specs from the banks by the client. Anyway, I've getting required data fields and stuff from HR specialist and Accountant and am hoping to have some data model that is compatible with FrontAccount. Also need to study the specs for plugins but in PHP I'm hoping it won't be too bad.. Any tips, suggestions or feature requests welcome. Kharding, feel free to send me message/e-mail. Sent you private message.

Folks, the fact that this fellow, Farhaj, has not indicated where to get the source code is a strong indication that he has no intention of publishing it. He would have gotten more recognition had he played by the GPL3 practices as he gave contact information probably for the purposes of selling his work to people. When somone mentioned the GPL3 policies he quickly said "I'm not selling it" and has given no update since. If I am right on this (Farhaj, prove me wrong by publishing the source), its an example of people abusing the goodwill here. If he doesn't publish the source I will probably begin work on a module myself. It will start with basic elements for a client, get feature requests/specifications from an HR specialist, and work from there. I'll probably also add file generators for payroll bank file formats used in North American banks. (I'm in Canada so I'll be doing work specific for that region but others feel free to add). If there are people out there who would like to help create a legitimate HR modules that is available to all, please chime in and maybe some of us can form a team. I need a little time to study the FrontAccounting specs in any event. I'll use Google work as a starting point.
