i can't find "add new" button in [forms setup] page. how to add new entry?

hi janusz,
in my case, the sys_type tables in not empty.
but same as dileep question, how to add new entry?
i need to add entry like "payment from petty cash" with code "PC.001".
and i need that new entry will show in select "type:" in journal inquiry.
how to do that?
