We're a real estate brokerage that's looking to create an online transaction management & accounting system. It appears FrontAccounting (with a bit of customization) might fit the bill.
What we need is an online database whereby we can enter in listing & sales information and have the program automatically calculate commissions, agent commission splits, generate invoices, print cheques, calculate income & tax reports and track agent expenses. The system must be able to handle multiple offices and multiple concurrent users.
Ideally, we would like the ability to share some of the data (agent & office information) with the database of our existing website.
I would be interested in hearing back from those who might be interested in taking a look at the project?
