If you had the field you could put days in not just dates. ie first monday or last wednesday. This would be really usefull for service based industries that have a regular work week and schedule clients regularly based on day of the week. ie therapists or home service companies.

keep the rest the same month and day with optional field that would calculate the next date after month and day is calculated.
