I found that there are psudo customers that comes with the new company creation. There were no exchange rate definition for the psudo customer currency, GBP. We are using USD by default.
So that was causing the web page to timeout while expecting/searching for the GBP excnahge rate. So deleting psudo customers has solved the problem.

Are the access setup for the user correct ? Check them out. Of course your fa version is ancient .

Hello All,

We have recently created a new company in FA. But Direct Invoice and Direct Delivery links are not working. I couldn't find any valuable logs but ngix that runs forward proxy returns "The Page is not avaible".

On the other hand, those functions are working perfectly for the other companies that runs on same FA server. Version is 2.3.21 and runs on Debian 9.8. Do someone have any idea please?
