General ledger inquiry and some other inquiries like inventory (which are not on grid/db_pager), may get unresponsive if the data increases.
How much data do you have in the selected range? try reducing the date range and see if something shows up
You can try tweaking/optimizing your mysql or load time settings in php.ini

GL Account Inquiry-Dimension 1 keep stop responsive when search record

Under Tab-Banking and General Ledger, once to get record under Dimention 1, browser will lag and something got pop message box
"Page Unresponsive" -General Ledger Inquiry.
Sometimes need close browser and relogin. Most user having this issue. Clear browser cache and history not solve the issue.
Server resources normal. CPU and Memory not more than 10% usage.
FA version 2.4.7
Any solution?
