Our users have varying speed internet connections. Some users may have quite slow internet (56Kbps dial up with issues! no joke, it's true ! ) for some time or during a session, they may face such issues.

In that case Ajax gets time out and user is stuck. One way could be increase Ajax timeout period.

Please advise how to tackle this situation.
Also what is the current default timeout set ? (i guess it is 3000, 5000 tout set in utils.js) and how to edit the value ?
