Even 2.4.8 is also not editable for me.

I think you are on earlier version of FA. These are not editable on 2.4.10

One thing :

1. The Delivery Required by should be more than 1 day.

Then you should be able to edit the Quote.

Setup->System and GL Setup has the two parameters Quote Valid Days and Delivery Required by. Take a look at them.

This quotation had not yet been converted to sales order so it should still be editable.

On the second screenshot some fields are not editable because the quotation has been realized by items delivery or invoicing. This is proper behavior: you can change quotation only until it is not used as base for any legal transaciton.

FrontAccounting 2.4.10
Sales Quotation Modification Header fields are not editable: Customer, Payment, Price List, Quotation Date

They are editable in FrontAccounting 2.3.26
