Looks like the gl_close_date is the issue.

Open the sys_prefs table and find this option. And check the date which should be end of fiscal years close date. If you update it. It will work.

Check and see if the transaction date is in a closed fiscal year. If this is the case then you need to activate that fiscal year in order to edit the transaction. You might need to close the year and reopen it again.

no, i'm sure , the transactions still there but it is closed, when i search for a journal entry i have to check the show closed , then it shown but mentioned it is closed and the edit sign disappeared .

Looks like you have voided the transactions. Once you void a transaction you can't get it back. It usually make the entry 0 in gl trans table. So it's not possible to get it back.

how can i reopen closed transactions, i have full access and i mad close transactions by mistake, I'm talking about transactions not closing the accounting period
any help ASAP?
