Create Tax Types (Setup->Taxes)
Create Tax Groups and include taxes.(Setup->Tax Groups)
Create Item Tax Types (Setup->Item Tax Types)
Select Tax Group for suppliers (Purchases->Suppliers)
Select Tax Group for Customer (Sales->Customer Branches)
Select Item Tax Type (Items and Inventory->Items).

I have been struggling with the subject for a while now. I decided to use the demo account and seems well configured. Where am I going wrong in setting up.
