Great, thanks, I had the same problem with UAH and UZS when working, and the fix idea worked, I switched from Exchange-Rates to Google and it's fine now.

UGX is available in ExchangeRates.org (1) whilst Indian Rupee is available in it as well as in ECB (0).

You can also avoid the issue by adding exchange rate manually in banking & general ledger/ exchange rates

I have changed all of them there is no change! i have checked all of them as if the have an exchange rate for Uganda Shillings! but why that error

The default exchange rates provider ECB does not support UGX, so you have to open the file config.php then change variable $dflt_xr_provider value from 0 to 1 (EXCHANGE-RATES.ORG) or 2 (GOOGLE)

Ladies and gentlemen I salute you all.
Please could you kindly assist me on how to resolve this issue on my side!!
i have my country currency set but when i am to make direct invoices it pops that bug how can i solve this.
am using Version 2.4.7
