What is best practice to perform physical inventory update to QOH? We usually like to count all stock once a year, so we know total count is accurate.

This is so that all other actuals if changed or differently dated will still fit in and any changes that need to be done can be made to the adjustment entry alone.

I am finding the Item Adjustments are only addressed as relative to QOH. Is there an option that the quantity entered is absolute?
