			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve read this 10 times and I don&#039;t understand what you have or what you&#039;re trying to do with it. Maybe it&#039;s just me, but could you try this again? What is the amount of the invoice? Does the system show the invoice unpaid? Where is this credit balance? (customer account, Account Receivable in general ?) How did the credit get recorded in the first place? Could you void the original credit and just re-apply the credit to the customer invoice?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have a $500 credit on my A/R in the current portion of aging and the original invoice as a positive past 60 days.</p><p>How do I apply this credit so that when I go into this customer payment tab it doesn&#039;t just show the $500 looking to be paid?</p>]]></content>
