Yes new topic would be better..any further unrelated questions, please ask in the relevant forum.

But as you've already asked it...

Go to Banking and General Ledger -> Bank Accounts, you can add as many account as you require and define your 'default' account.

FA takes a little time to learn, you will need to read - to learn how to use the program and get the best out of the program. This investment in time will be repaid when you see how much time FA can actually save you
Clicking help in the top right corner of any page of the program will take you to the relevant wiki page.
The wiki contains most of the info you will need to know, most of the rest you can find in this forum.

Items get their default accounts from Items &Inventory -> Item Categories - its in the wiki

I took steps and set "System and General GL Setup" but noticed that in add items I find GL Accounts data not changing to the default data that you set in "System and General GL Setup"

What is the problem if you allow ??

@king1984 - If you goto "System and General GL Setup" , there are some predefined or used existing COA here. So when you edit the COA, and the code changed. the system GL can't get right value.

So once you modify the above tables. manually you need to setup the "System and General GL Setup" accounts once again. IF you go with programmatic, It wil be harder and more complex. manual and simple to adapt it.

I think you need, attachments, bank_accounts, bank_trans, comments, dimensions, gl_trans and journal

You can export charts with he!p of below tables.

0_chart_class
0_chart_master
0_chart_types

These three tables are enough to export chart of accounts to other FA.

I have a FA program and I want to export a chart of it how are you? Via phpmyadmin What are the names of the tables or the correct method that does not cause problems when working to have a transplant in another FA account
