Yes you need to use Account groups. Create a group called Communication and use it

is there any option available for account already created under any head can be created sub head further.
e.g

Expenses -> Communication

This communication can be further divided like

Expenses -> Communication -> Phone
Expenses -> Communication -> Tell Phone
Expenses -> Communication -> Fax Phone

is it possible?
