You have to give yourself access rights go to Setup -> Access Setup and select the role you are using.

I am trying to use the import extentions in FA 2.4.4 I have selected them in the "Install/Activate extensions" after that i see the options at eg "Banking and.." but they are in grey and not selectable. What did I miss in installing them?
