Look in System - Install Extensions - Annual expense breakdown report. This report or the Annual balance breakdown report could be what you are looking for.

FA already has P&L and Balance Sheet Reports.
rep706 - Balance Sheet
rep707 - Profit & Loss (Period Y-1 option)
