I would like to interact with the mysql databases directly from our with system so that with each entry in our system  would create corresponding entries in the database to reflect in the system. My methodology is to compare the database dumps before and after an entry and to identify the changes in the database and to replicate the same changes through our system.

My question is what are the prerequisites (such as masters or other entries in tables) to be considered before posting a Journal entry?
