I am not at office now but I think you can use tags in profit and loss statement.

Just to clarify. You can have 2 levels of dimensions. F.i. You can have divisions as no. 1 and regions as no 2. This way you can create profit and loss statements per division and region. Ad a further selector you can create account/dimension tags.

Hi , I have two queris

1) Apart from Account Code , Account description , Dimension , Debit Credit and Memo , I want to add to more fields - Division & Region to be added in the system - please help me how to go about it , and both these columns must have a list down wiith hardcoded entires.

2) unable to add item to my Journal entry , as soon as i Click on ADD ITEM , it does nothing , and when i click on process Journal ENtry , it shows following error

You must enter at least one journal line.
The entered date is out of fiscal year or is closed for further data entry.

I have changed and updated current fiscal year too .

Using Front Accounting 2.4.2 version !
please help me !
