Handy Currency Filter for GL Accounts Transactions Report

My customer really needed this feature to speed-up reconciliation of foreign currency accounts / transactions. It's a big time saver already. You'll find it in the fixes branch of my FrontAccounting repo. There are two commits that describe:

1. Add currency filter control to GL Acc Tran report
2. Enable currency filter use

The enhanced queries took a long time to develop and get right. Have a look.

After this report proves itself in production a bit longer, I'll clean-up and try to add it to the new release branch via pull request (?) to contribute back.
