Take a look at the 6 digit French CoA (having mixed 2,3,4 and 5 digit chart_types.id) and the mixed 3,4 and 5 digit Spanish ISO CoA.

Is it possible to create multi level chart of account.

if possible, could any person guide my how to do that.

As a matter of fact, I tried searching in the old posts but could not find my way in.
