if your php is 5.6 than it will solve all your problems automatically.

Update the fix is to put the UTC timezone in the php.ini file under the date header. After all the extensions

with this fix, everything seems to work. Make sure the language.inc file is in the lang directory before you up software upgrade

When installing the uts time error and line 74 error still presists. I was wondering if those have been resolved in any updates. The build looks good otherwise. V2.35 worked well on first install
