			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>How about you ask your chinese to pick an ordinary name?</p><p>You could try to change the default iso to UTF8<br />I think the only way to do is, is by reinstalling.....<br />and before install set system locales to UTF8</p>]]></content>
