You must logout of the default company and login to the target company (possibly even if both are the same) for which you have enabled it. Then you need to enable Access Roles and Permissions for yourself as Administrator first before the menu items become visible for use.

Hi Guy,

I have a problem with a new instalation for FA version 2.3.34 from my hosting site

I did a Setup / Install/activate extensions Import CSV Item / select my company / activate Import CSV Item

For user admin I did / Access Setup / select Role System Adinistration / select Import CVS item.

I was unable to open http://mysite/ront/modules/import_items/import_items.php. A message 404 Not Found is displayed when I select the option Import CSV Item from Items and Inventory / Maintenance / Import CSV Items

When I select installed another externsion (Report Generator) and same message 404 not found is displayed too.

What I'm doing wrong ?
