Everything is based on the sector. As soon as a project is created ,sector/House type/Allocation tabs are activated and the values are getting populated based on combination.

In Allocation screen , Initially when i  loading Drop down the corresponding value didn't get loaded.when i select any other option in the same drop down ,the values are getting populated. Why it is not getting populated in the first instance?  l  couldn't find out the mistake what i am doing? please guide me.
