Check your apache (webserver) error logs and the FA error log in the [WEBROOT]/tmp folder for any clues.

Which version of FA are you using and from where did you get it?

from this page /frontaccount/sales/manage/customers.php? when I go to Contacts tab and try to ADD NEW it shows animated loading icon then ends with error icon.

When I want to add more contacts for a customer, I am unable add. It shows an Error sign.

I am completely raw and a new user.
