I tried searching the forum for installation of Chinese Simplified.
I have tried copying the files to the appropriate folder - is there anything we need to do with the database and/or the files other than copying?

I would be willing to pay for assistance in installation of Simplified Chinese. We need to use both Chinese and English on the site.
