Non-standard themes are not included in CVS source, so they have not appeared in translation file. I think it will be fixed somehow in CVS soon. I just realized that some concepts are missing in empty.po (2.1.1), e.g. some entries in the shortcut menu of the elegant/modern theme (sales order inquiry, branch, customers etc.).
