The pseudo field#values can be like MO#100 PPFrt#2000.  This will enable us to realise that we must order more than Min Order Value (MO) and will get free freight paid if the order value exceeds the PrePaidFrt Value (PPFrt). This requires the backported reporting/includes/reporting.inc file.
