1) Use a Service Item with unit "hr"
2) Some extension is being developed for syncing with some banks - see the wiki main page links
3) Dimensions are generally independent but in practice they are used for Areas/Departments, Stores/Shifts hierarchical models as well. This way we can look at all entries of a single department across all Areas and those of a single Shift across all stores as well!

I've read the wiki and forums but not found answers to the following questions:

1) Does FA track time to bill (for professional services)? If so, where? I prefer not to adopt an add-on product for this unless it works seamlessly.

2) Does FA allow bank sync to download transactions anytime (not just a statement at the end of the month)?

3) Dimensions: If 2 dimensions are used, can they be independent of each other? Or must dimension 2 be a subdimension of dimension 1?
