I am facing a back button problem. The button doesn't work and don't response. After click there is no activity.

database name can be anything, password i suggest to you let it empty, then username became root and password is blank, tested on XAMPP

After host the Application to the wamp server. When i first open the website i found step 1. everything was fine but when i go to step 2. Then what will be the database name and password. Please let me know. I am new to php mysql.
