			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Kind of... It&#039;ll be a valid HTML5 page, but it won&#039;t do anything that the old page didn&#039;t. Except not work in old browsers. <img src="https://frontaccounting.com/punbb/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /> </p><p>To benefit from the new features of HTML, the theme (which outputs the actual page) needs to explicitly include those features. I&#039;m no web developer, but I don&#039;t think there are any such features which could not be implemented in Javascript.</p>]]></content>
