Check that the sales type you use doesn't have the tax included marked.

Thanks for replying. My item code is with retail price. So it cannot be inclusive of tax. Please advise.

My item price is Rs. 0.70/-. For 1000 pcs, the total amount should be Rs. 700+ tax. But the total amount is showing only Rs. 700. Tax is showing, but in wrong column, so it is not being added in the total amount.

If the tax is included in your prices, then the tax amount is not shown in the 'right' column, because it is already added.

Hi, I have installed FA to see if we can use this for our small company. There is an issue in the sale quotation/order/invoice, where the calculated tax appears in the column on the left side of the correct one and hence is not included in the Total amount. Please help with this. I have a snap shot of the problem but I don't know how to post this on this forum.
