			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think you should talk to an accountant about this. There are so many rules about VAT/GST/Tax, and these are often country specific. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p><p>Great looking project. Might be just what I have been looking for.</p><p>I have seen mention back in March about the imminent arrival of a manual, but nothing since.
