If u want to add the comment as footer or header then go to "reporting/includes/doctext.inc" and in other case edit rep107 and rep109.

Is there any way to add comments to the "Sale Orders" or invoices? I know that for each item code in the sale order one can add a comment. However I wan to be able to add general comments such as "Call X if you have any questions. Or fax your check to X".

Also is there any way to edit what fields to show on the Sales order?
