			<description><![CDATA[<p>no seriously, once there was &quot;stock&quot; then when it sells it does the journal. Must have a IF THIS = 0 THEN NOTHING statement somewhere. </p><p>I put the stock all in via journal and not stock lol</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>yes this is what I looked at on the demo site. I coded out (hid) the sales quote and delivery as its not needed... I mean if someone orders, you invoice and then deliver at the same time. </p><p>so I don&#039;t touch sale order and delivery</p><br /><p>hmm so I either need to set up sales orders and deliveries (which I just tested and the GL showed no movements)</p><p>or I need to ensure Sale Invoices does it for me</p><br /><p>hmm confusing. Some time people are mixing sale order with invoices and delivery. normally the sale cycle is as follow<br />1) Quotation -- NO impact on stock<br />2) Sale order -- No impact on Stock<br />3) Sale Delivery-- here is stock is reduce<br />4) Sale invoice -- its depend upon inventory configuration, normally no impact on stock <br />5) Payment of Sale invoice<br />6) Allocation of that pavement to invoice</p><br /><p>Regards.<br />PHPDv</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Item Adjustment Account could f.i. Be an account called 5040 Purchase Price Variance, but you can also use another expense (COGS) account.</p><p>The Item Assembly Cost Account could be a stock account, 1530 Stock of Work in Progress.</p><p>You should set these accounts as default in System and General GL Setup and in Item Categories to avoid confusing when creating new Items.</p><p>Joe</p>]]></description>
