Go into Setup tab, Access Setup.

Select the system administrator. Look up the Role for the extension and mark the checkbox.

I've installed the extension via setup and then activated it for the company, so far so good. Entry shows up in maintenance but it's greyed out. I am logged in as admin on the first company...what am I doing wrong?
